A bit about the project
Having already worked with Liberty Marketing on several projects, we were excited to learn about their plans for a brand-new digital agency. Specialising in financial services marketing, The Balance Agency was born to help clients grow while proving that finance doesn’t have to be boring. They came to Karolo for a website design that got the balance between compliance and creativity just right – a challenge we were eager to accept!

Our solution
This project had us walking the fine line between the slick professionalism of Financial Services and the sparkling creativity of a digital marketing agency. To appease the no-nonsense traditionalists, we stuck to a simple colour palette of just black, white and yellow and carefully organised all content into easy-to-read layouts.
But boring wasn’t an option, so we played around a little by separating the page sections at an angle; a neat little nod to the brand name as well as the logo’s diagonal line. To represent the brand’s creative side, we used illustrations that quickly inject heaps of personality onto every page.
