When the charity first got in touch with us about redesigning their brand and charity website, we were delighted to discover that they had clear objectives and big ideas to move the charity forward. Their detailed yet open brief gave us a great starting point and was the first indication that they’d be wonderful clients to work with!
Initially designed in 2010, their website had long been surpassed by the foundation’s achievements meaning they needed a new site to help them achieve their ambitious plans for the future. Relying on volunteers and donations to run their many projects across Africa, we wanted the site to get users racing to get involved, so that Bhubesi Pride Foundation can continue to impact the lives of so many.
Whilst the old Bhubesi Pride Foundation logo had impact, its complex design made it difficult to embroider and awkward at small scale. With a little creative magic and more sketches than we care to remember, the new logo reflects the positivity and strength instilled in those working with the charity. We’re delighted with the end result!

Style and Substance
The new website is responsive across all devices and now includes individual pages dedicated to each of the countries in which Bhubesi Pride works. An interactive map brings the Bhubesi expedition to life, showing the route and linking through to each location. Great photography combined with some stunning videos makes this charity website a feast of colour and energy.
Once we could hear future users asking, “How do I get involved?” we made sure to give them a clear answer. With just one click from the homepage, you can be signing up for an expedition, applying to volunteer in Malawi, or donating all your pocket money to the foundation.
