Creating a new brand and website for Emanuel Jones reflecting their proactive, transparent and client focused approach to commercial chartered surveying.
Established in 1999, Emanuel Jones is an independent firm of Commercial Chartered Surveyors based in Cardiff. Specialising in retail and office properties, they offer expert advice to owners, occupiers, investors, and developers across Wales and the South West of England.
Eager to improve their brand, Emanuel Jones approached us to update their logo, signage, printed literature and website… and we were only to happy to oblige!
No clutter, no fuss—just a sleek, intuitive layout that makes finding commercial property details a breeze. We designed the website to position Emanuel Jones as a market leader, showcasing their expertise and diverse property portfolio.
Each property is categorised and highlighted with good quality images, 360 walk throughs and downloadable spec sheets.
Consistent branding across all materials
After modernising the logo, we designed a full range of printed materials to ensure every touch point is consistent and credible. A range of Indesign templates were created, allowing the Emanuel Jones to create beautiful property documentation without the need for our help.
Email signatures, letterheads and business cards were created, not to mention the all important property signage. Keep an eye out for these in your local town centre!
