Families4Peace is a charity that supports displaced families by providing them with access to resources as they seek to restart their lives in the U.K. Since 2022, Families4Peace have primarily worked with the growing Ukrainian community in London.
We were excited to create a charity website featuring a resource hub for refugees seeking information and advice, while implementing Families4Peace’s recognisable logo and bold colour scheme. In creating this site, we knew the design needed to be as bold as Familie4Peaces’ mission. With bright colours and touches of movement to emphasis key information, the website really comes to life. In sites like this, movement can be a crucial element for drawing attention to key messages.
Multi-language functionality
Families4Peace needed a site to accommodate those that they help, in the language that they feel most comfortable receiving information in. Which is why we seamlessly integrated multi-language functionality. With the click of a flag, the entire website can be switched to Ukrainian.
Easy to navigate
In building this website, clear and simple functionality was a priority. The amazing support that Families4Peace offers refugees should never be inaccessible. This is why we focused on making this site streamlined and intuitive. The resources that Families4Peace offer to displaced families are at the heart of this site. With a catalogue of categories represented by simple yet stylised icons, a vast amount of information is always just a click away for those in need of support.
