A bit about the project

Alex Kirkup is the mastermind behind Integrative Fitness Training, a strength and conditioning service based in Cardiff. With a wealth of knowledge and years of experience, Alex approached us at the very start of his journey into self employment. Requiring a logo design and website, we worked closely with Alex to help define his vision and create a brand that reinforced his values.
