A cutting-edge brand and website for nisien.ai, a pioneering startup paving the way for online safeguarding tools with their intelligent and ethical AI products.
Nisien.ai is a Cardiff-based artificial intelligence start-up founded in 2023 by Cardiff University professors Matt Williams and Pete Burnap. The company specialises in developing AI-driven solutions to detect and address online harms, such as harmful interactions and conflicts, aiming to support healthy debates and conversations without resorting to censorship.
Both simple and elegant, the Nisien rebrand focuses on the core principles of communication and security. The logo creatively manipulates speech bubbles to form an abstract ‘N’, creating a brand that is both relevant and iconic.
Secure by design
Nisien is dedicated to safeguarding companies and their audiences from online threats. To reflect this, we designed a series of graphics that subtly convey Nisien’s protective purpose.
Animation to communicate complex ideas
At the heart of our work was the desire to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging way. We incorporated animation throughout the website to highlight key information and visually simplify complex solutions.
